Three Ways to Help
I. Contribute & Receive a Premium
Contributions:
Contribute $35 to DBMAT and receive our "premium packet" which consists of 1 DBMAT cap (your choice of pink or tan) and 1 DBMAT cup. Our items are being modeled by Officers of DBMAT. Contributions to DBMAT will be used in a number of ways:
- Funding for our Intervener scholarship initiative
- Funding for training for family members
- Funding for research and development of intervener as a profession
DBMAT is exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our tax ID is 74-1895596.

We are obviously pleased to receive any size donation you wish to give. However, only $35.00 donations qualify for a premium. (Multiples of $35.00 get multiples of premiums.)
Payments can be made in one of two ways:
A) New-fangled Internet method:

Note: your tax deduction letter from DBMAT will be for the amount of your donation less the value of the gift.
II. Shop at Kroger's:
Bring the attached form to Kroger's and you will receive a card which will give a percentage to DBMAT every time you shop. No cost to you!
III. Search and Shop Online using Goodsearch
Just use this icon
to get to Goodsearch and get the Goodsearch DBMAT toolbar using DBMAT as your preferred charity. Then, every time you search using Goodsearch, or shop using Goodshop, DBMAT earns money. No cost to you again!!!
